We are pushing our Macro / Flowers /  Bees & Insects event forwrd to July, when there is likely to be more vibrant llife around in this regard.

Hi all, tomorrow night, Monday 18th is scheduled for Zoom Burst Photography at Douglas Park at 7pm.

Unfortunately I`m unable to attend but Duncan and Linda will be there to help you.

To also help you you will need a ND filter, if you have one if not I will leave a couple with Duncan, zoom lens, also if you have one, tripod, not essential but if you have one bring it along, and warm clothing.

I have looked into a couple of youtube videos which if you get the time will help with ideas and settings for your camera as start off points.

YOU TUBE : Type in, how to do zoom burst photography, then look at:

1) abstract zoom burst - Chris West Photography@timeasasolid

 2) How to do a zoom burst photo, Hudson McDonald @huds...donald

 3) Michael Merino @Mikey_streets and go to oldest and you will see his zoom burst stuff.

Settings may differ due to light but try starting on ISO 100, f2.8, shutter 0.5sec.

CAN YOU PLEASE INDICATE GOING OR NOT GOING TO HELP US KNOW HOW MANY ATTENDING, MANY THANKS.

 Look forward to seeing results,

Jim
