Christmas night out in Fairlie

Hi All,
Our Christmas meal is booked for Thursday 11th December, starting at 7 p.m. in the Fairlie Village Inn. They are waiting for the menus to come in, so once they are, I can distribute them to the group. Then we order, and they take a deposit of what is likely to be between £5-10 per person, not confirmable now, but she said "not likely to be more than 10".
They didn't want any deposit now, but they want the numbers and deposit per person no later than 10 days before our booking. That date is now confirmed in their diary, and I shall post the menus when I receive them.
